Tender Description
RWWA requires the services of a licensed commercial real estate agency to assist in the divestment of selected RWWA owned commercial properties and deliver maximum return to the business. The supplier/s must be able to provide these services across the Metropolitan area, or the Bunbury region, or both. RWWA prefers to work with local suppliers where possible and will consider a separate supplier for each region, or one supplier to cover both, depending on the best value for money outcome.
