SERVICE REQUIRED:

Shellharbour City Council invites submissions for the design and construction of the Tavern Undercroft Fitout, located under the Waterfront Tavern at the Shell Cove Marina. The fitout is for the Marina Workshop and Storage Facility. This project will include, but not limited to a new Workshop, change facilities, golf buggy charging stations and Marina Storage systems. The successful respondent will be responsible for finalising the design obtaining the Construction Certificate, undertaking the fitout, and obtaining the Occupation Certificate.

SITE INSPECTION:
An on-site inspection is scheduled for 10.00am 8 February 2022.

SUBMITTING TENDER:
i) Tenders can be submitted in electronic format through Council's e-tendering portal in the format required by the tender documents.
ii) Alternatively, tenders can be submitted in hard copy in the Tender box located at Council's Administration Centre, 76 Cygnet Avenue Shellharbour City Centre NSW 2529.

This tender closes at 10am 22 February 2022
