ABOUT THE TENDER: The tender comprises the Construction of approximately 500m of DN250 Water Trunk Main as per the Design, in the road reserve at the northern end of First Avenue to Dillion Street Sawtell NSW.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box which is preferred , using the attached word version of the Schedules. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion. Submissions can also be placed in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the Tender title number, and closing date and placed in the Tender Box located in Council's Administrative Centre, cnr Coff and Castle Streets Coffs Harbour NSW 2450 by the nominated time and date.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 10.00am on Wednesday 23 February 2022 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or all or any part of the tender, and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous. Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
