As a part of Council’s infrastructure delivery and maintenance programs, Port Stephens Council requires the services of an Organisation or Company with capacity and expertise to provide Council with internal and external painting, pressure washing, anti-graffiti/specialised coatings and graffiti removal services. Port Stephens Council has identified the need to establish a panel Contract arrangement for our future utilisation of painting contractors on our annual Council projects.

Duration of the contract: Two (2) years with the option for Council to extend for a further three (3) options of twelve (12) months. An opportunity to review and resubmit rates will be offered to service providers at each contract extension period.
