The objective of this procurement activity is to engage a suitable and specialised supplier and or suppliers for the provision of High Voltage Feeder Clearances to all seven territories of the Sydney Trains Rail Network.

Sydney Trains objective of this procurement activity is to establish long term agreements for all seven territories in the Sydney Trains rail network, for the provision of High Voltage Feeder Clearance Services to support Sydney Trains’ future requirements. Projects defined in the annual maintenance program on behalf of Sydney Trains create a safe, reliable passenger fleet and metropolitan rail network, designed to meet the expectations of customers.

The seven territories that are being offered for tender are as follows;

1. City South
2. South Coast
3. City North
4. Central Coast
5. City West
6. South West
7. Western

The maintenance of High Voltage Feeder Clearances in the rail network is critical to ensuring that Sydney Trains operates and maintains an electricity distribution network to provide an adequate, safe and reliable supply of electricity to fulfil its operational needs.

It is imperative Sydney Trains engage a capable and qualified supplier or suppliers who can conduct these activities in compliance with any access protocols and procedures specified by the principal for the worksites.
