Tender Description
The Agent will be responsible for securing the license to broadcast ABC Australia into the Indian market and will need the required credentials to do so under Indian regulation. Respondents need to have in depth knowledge of the Indian regulatory landscape as it relates to broadcast, cable, satellite, and OTT distribution and deep in-market knowledge of the media sector in India.
