Tender Description
SOPA is seeking to engage a competent consultant to review the existing Life Cycle Costing data of various electrical, fire alarm system and public announcement system for the venues as listed in the project scope. The aim is to fill the data gaps, compile the existing information and determine the priorities and detail scope for renewal of the assets. The contractor is also required to design the renewal for a series of assets which will be part of the capital works renewal program for the next year.
