Tender Description
Measure digital maturity of APS leaders and provide coaching and tailored learning to develop and grow their digital maturity and capability.
Coaches will use their understanding of digital development and learning opportunities to help participants address their digital maturity gaps and harness their strengths.
Adopting APS continuous learning model, the coach will work with the participant to choose the learning experience that best meets their needs.
The APS continuous learning model brings an extended focus, beyond formal training and development, to learning which occurs most frequently in and through work and by connecting with other people/resources. For more information review the APS Learning and Development Strategy.
In addition to the above, the provider will work collaboratively with APSC
• Identify learning and development strategies to support digital capability development of APS leaders.
• Co-design a program that is measurable utilising user research and relevant feedback from program participants.
• Co-design an innovative solution that is relevant and up to date and includes social and interactive learning experiences that are tailored to participants needs.
• Provide a summary report on participant themes, trends and other relevant parameters
• Review and regularly iterate the program informed by feedback and evaluation results.
