Tender Description
• An efficiency and effectiveness analysis of regulatory and non-regulatory incentives for the protection, maintenance, and restoration of indigenous biodiversity on private land, based on approaches used within New Zealand, and internationally. In this RFP, ‘incentives’ includes positive incentives, indirect incentives, removal of perverse incentives and disincentives.
• Recommendations for the most efficient and effective regulatory and non-regulatory incentives for indigenous biodiversity protection, maintenance and/or restoration across terrestrial, freshwater, and marine environments.
• Information/explanation on limitations of proposed incentives.
