Tender Description

Boondall State School requires refurbished and external works  to Improve the current OSHC facilities. The Works generally comprise of the following:

  • Provision for internal refurbishment including secure internal storage of the OSHC building
  • External entry enhancements including footpath improvements, landscaping and a designated seating/quiet space
  • Provision for an Outdoor Learning Area to the northern green space
  • Provision to beautify and improve the back of the OSHC Building for line of sight improvements and creation of concrete seating area.
  • Refurbishment of the existing Dental Building to create OSHC offices.
  • Provision of extension to the existing shed for further storage.
  • Please note this will be a design and construct contract

Site Visit Details:  Mandatory Site Visit on Tuesday 8th February 2022 at 10.00am.  Please meet outside the Administration Reception.  Please confirm attendance by 12pm Monday 7th February 2022.  Tenderers will not be able to visit the site outside this arranged time so please invite relevant subcontractors to assist in pricing.
