Tender Description
Both the Bell Block Hall and Urenui Community Centre facilities require a part replacement and re-paint of their exterior cladding, so they are weather tight, which goes towards the buildings being well maintained for the users and general public.
It is anticipated that the work will commence in the month of April 2022.
Both buildings have had asbestos containing materials identified and confirmed by testing, in their existing cladding, which is recorded in
NPDC's Asbestos Management plans in 2020.
NPDC is seeking Request for Proposals from suitable contractors, who can provide a step by step methodology plan of the most cost effective way to carry out this work.
