One Twenty Cunningham Street

The project site is located at 120 Cunningham Street, Dalby. This site being the former location of Mary's Commercial Hotel which was originally constructed in 1909. The 'pub' later solidified itself as an iconic landmark when it was sadly destroyed by fire in August 2018. Council was subsequently successful in negotiating the acquisition of this site and the vision of transforming it into an integrated entertainment, cultural and social hub.
