Austrade is recruiting for an IT Support Officer to join their IT Support team. Responsible for delivering technical support on a variety of services to our clients across the globe.
Technology support is provided via a number of channels including, phone, email, instant message and direct contact. Supported services may include laptops, workstations, mobile devices, software, peripheral hardware, system administration, video conferencing and networking.
The successful candidate will work well in a small team, have well developed customer service skills, and be at ease managing multiple tasks.
Note: The IT Support Officer must be willing to be on a work roster during business hours (ordinarily between 8am and 6pm), with some work outside of these hours.
