Campbelltown City is a designated strategic centre and is just 53kms from the Sydney CBD, covering an area of 312 km2.
The City is home to more than 160,000 people with the population expected to reach 270,000 by 2031, and is a significant centre for the Macarthur region, providing a broad range of services and facilities including a major hospital, university, two TAFE colleges, arts centre, public transport, large shopping centres and a growing commercial and industrial sector.
Our location on the F5 provides residents and visitors with easy access to the wider Sydney metropolitan area. Residents enjoy this proximity while valuing the natural environment surrounding the city, including the Georges River, Scenic Hills, extensive bushland and rural lands.
Council's principal service centre is located at the Civic Centre in Queen Street, Campbelltown.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
Council invites tenders for inclusion on the panel for hard and soft landscaping works (Panel).
Works may be of a major or minor nature and include the supply and installation of hard landscaping works including, paving, various specialist concrete finishes, street furniture, retaining walls and structures. Soft landscaping may include the supply, delivery, establishment and maintenance of trees, garden beds, mulching etc.
Tenderers may tender for either major or minor works or both.
Tenderers will need to demonstrate they have the necessary qualifications, ability and experience to provide the required Works to Council. The Panel will be formed under a deed of standing offer (Deed) for an initial period of two years with an option to extend for a further two options of 12 months each.
