ABOUT THE QUOTATION: Quotations are invited for Q21-021, the Construction of Connections to the Dubbo Water Treatment Plant Aeration Tower.

REGISTRATION: Quotation documents must be obtained following registration on online forum.

ENQUIRIES: Quotation enquiries should be directed to Council's Project Manager, Ravindra Kulkarni, on (02) 6801-4000 or via the online forum.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses should be submitted via the electronic tender box (preferred) or see option below. All completed submissions lodged MUST be submitted as specified within the quotation documentation. Ensure that Council quotation documents and response schedules, with response schedules signed and submitted. Quotations that do not follow this requirement will be regarded as non-conforming quotations AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

The canvassing of Councillors and/or Staff Members in relation to this matter will automatically disqualify the applicant from the process.

MANDATORY SITE MEETING: A mandatory site inspection/meeting has been arranged for this Quotation to be held on Tuesday 8th February 2022 at 10am at John Gilbert Water Treatment Plant, Macquarie Street, Dubbo NSW.

Failure to attend the mandatory inspection/meeting may result in ineligibility to quotation except in the case where non-attendance was due to an extreme emergency or unforeseen circumstances.

Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion of an electronic submission.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Quotations will be accepted up to 10:00am on Tuesday, 22 February 2022 and submissions must be fully received by this time. The Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced quotation or all or any part of a quotation and reserves the right to conduct the request for quotation process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Dubbo Regional Council has a Purchasing and Procurement Policy that includes provisions to support local business. Please refer to the quotation documentation for details. Late, verbal or emailed quotations will not be accepted as legislated by Local Government (General) Regulations 2005 s55.
