Whitsunday Regional Council (Council) intends to install grid-connected solar photovoltaic (PV) systems at four (4) locations that it owns. Solar power feasibility studies conducted at each site recommended PV system sizes range from 15kW to 130kW.

This contract is to design, supply, deliver, install, test and commission (including network connection approval to Ergon on Council's behalf) solar power systems at the four selected facilities in the Whitsunday Region, as listed in the table. The work is to commence early April 2022 and achieve practical completion by the end of July 2022.

A non-mandatory Tender Briefing has been arranged for 10am, Monday 7th February 2022. The location of the meeting is Proserpine Administration Building, 83 Main Street, Proserpine QLD 4800.
