Supply and Delivery of Water Meters

⁠⁠⁠T552122RTC Supply and Delivery of Water Meters is a panel source tender to the following Councils: Lismore City, Clarence Valley, Richmond Valley and Byron Shire.

TERM: This Agreement commences on 1 April 2022 and will conclude on 31 March 2024 (24 months). The Principal may by 30 days written notice to the Service Provider extend this Agreement for an additional 12 months.

INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box before the deadline at 10.00am on Tuesday 15 February 2022. Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tenderers are advised that participating Councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
