Tender Description

• Identify, locate and de-energise existing underground services within the cabin development site

• Isolation, disconnect and remove of existing powerheads located within the cabin development site. Powerheads to be retained for future reuse

• Cabin electrical connections to comply with AS/NZS 3000:2018 Electrical installations “wiring rules” and AS/NZS 3001:2008, Electrical installations – transportable structures and vehicles

• Bulk earthworks to achieve desired site levels. Excess material to be disposed of offsite at a registered waste disposal facility

• Visibility of the installation of seven (7) new modular cabins by the Principal’s nominated Cabin Manufacturer

• Connection of the seven (7) new cabins to the existing park services (power, potable water, sewer and stormwater) in accordance with the requirements of the NCC and relevant Australian Standards

• Installation of communications conduits linking the seven (7) new cabins to the existing infrastructure (amenity building indicated in electrical documentation)

• Construction of new concrete footpaths and carparks

• Construction of new landscaping elements including planting, timber privacy screens, balustrades and LED Solar bollard lighting as per landscaping documentation.
