Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the Admin Refurbishment and Roof Replacement located at 20 Ironbark Road, Chapel Hill Queensland 4069.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that hold the appropriate QBCC builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
To be eligible, Contractors must hold:
Current QBCC licence class: Builder – Low Rise, or greater;
Public Liability Insurance to $20m
Professional Indemnity Insurance to $1m
Work Cover insurance

Site Visit Details: Tuesday 1st February 2022 @ 10.30am. All tenderer will need to be fully vaccinated and be able to show evidence of being double vaccinated before being allowed to attend the site visit at the school.
