Art building, staff room extension & associated works

WD Architects invites expressions of interest for construction of a new art building, staff room extension and associated work at Noosa Pengari Steiner School. The buildings use predominantly cross-laminated timber panel (mass timber) construction, sandwich panel roofing, suspended concrete and timber floor structures, and timber decking.
Respondents will be shortlisted to participate in a competitive tender process with documents to be available mid-February for a four-week tender period. Construction to commence April 2022 or as negotiated, for completion by end of 2022.
