Leasing of Restaurant and Catering Services at Brolga Theatre and Convention Centre and Leasing of Hervey Bay Regional Gallery Café

⁠⁠⁠Fraser Coast Regaional Council is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for Leasing of Restaurant and Catering Services at Brolga Theatre and Convention Centre and for the Leasing of the Hervey Bay Regional Gallery Café.

This invitation to offer is in separable portions,

PART A: Brolga Theatre and Convention Centre

PART B: Hervey Bay Regional Gallery (HBRG) Café

The Council may award part or whole of the contract to a single Tenderer or to a panel of Tenderers

• Leasing Agreements for both the Brolga and Hervey Bay Regional Gallery Café (includes catering requirements) will be posted as an Addendum.
• Council will post a video soon relating to the Tender as an Addendum, once posted, this can be requested via procurement@frasercoast.qld.gov.au

Please be advised that tender response forms are to be submitted as two files only and in the following format:

- Non Price Response Form: PDF including all supporting documentation as one file. This PDF must not contain any price related criteria.

- Price Response Form: Excel
