Sale of Various Plant Items

⁠⁠⁠The various plant items for sale by the Shire of Meekatharra listed in the Offer Form Notice are available for inspection at the Shire Depot located at Oliver Street Mekkatharra.

The various plant items are being offered on an outright sale basis. The highest offer will not necessarily be accepted. This various plant items for sale are being offered on an "As-is-where is basis". The successful buyer is responsible for removing the selected plant item(s).

The selected plant item(s) will not be released to the successful bidder until such time as full payment is cleared. Full payment is required within 14 days of acceptance of offer.
