Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new outdoor learning area at Wishart State School, located at Morella St, Wishart Qld 4122, as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The scope includes hard and soft landscaping including asphalt resurfacing and painting, shade umbrellas, picnic settings and planting. The position of the works is at the middle of the school with limited site access. All works are to be completed by May 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 million

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
