Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are being sought from Contractors who are Prequalified with TfNSW to R2 and F5.

The works for the construction of the Stage 2 Car Park include:

Earthworks; Stormwater drainage; Kerb and gutter;
Pavement works; Signposting; Line marking; Footpaths;
Lighting; CCTV; Modular wall; Landscaping; Fencing.

The Contract will also include the following minor safety works:

Pavement rectification; Minor drainage works; Fencing;
Minor footpath and kerb rectification; Installation of
safety devices including handrails and bus stop tactile indicators.

A Mandatory site inspection will be held at 10:30 am on 28 January 2022 at the Council car park behind the tennis courts at the intersection of Mulgoa Rd and Jane St, Penrith.
