Closed Bid Sale for Abandoned or Impounded Vehicles

⁠⁠⁠ABANDONED OR IMPOUNDED VEHICLES – DISPOSAL OF PROPERTIES

Abandoned or impounded vehicles are available for sale by closed bid to purchase.

Vehicles may be inspected at the Derby Impound Facility (Steel Street, Derby) Derby Waste Facility.

Inspection is strictly between: 9am-11am, on 28 January 2022 and 4 February 2022.

Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR) checks have been performed on the vehicles and they are not believed to be encumbered.

Bids to purchase form is available or by visiting the Derby Administration Centre, Loch Street Derby.

Submissions to purchase are to be prepared on the CLOSED BID ABANDONED VEHICLE FORM and can be delivered by the following means and must be clearly marked “Confidential Closed Bid Abandoned Vehicle”
