Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Palmerston North City Council is seeking proposals for the sequential refurbishmentof two freestanding holiday cabins at the Palmerston North Holiday Park, which provide accommodation for visitors to the region.The scope includes internal demolition and construction to consented plan specifications. This includes supply, installation and commissioning of all plumbing, electrical, cabinetry and windows. Re-piling and increasing the floor level of both cabinsis also required as per the consented drawings.
