Expression of Interest - Professional Consultancy Services

Murdi Paaki Services Ltd (MPSL) invites Expressions of Interest (Eol) from suitably qualified and experienced individuals and firms to be added to a Register of Approved Suppliers to undertake potential consultancy projects, research, and analysis in support of Aboriginal communities in the Murdi Paaki Region including the development of social housing business plan and asset maintenance strategy.

An applicant must be a legal entity that is recognised and acceptable to MPSL Eols will not be considered from individuals or firms found to be under external administration, nor will registration of an applicant extend to an associate or subsidiary owned or controlled by the applicant. MPSL will use the Register to identify, assess and engage both individuals as contractors and corporate entities to undertake specific projects or pieces of work that relate to the delivery of one or more strategic initiative(s) which have the objective of improving the cultural, environmental health, social and economic status of Aboriginal people in the Murdi Paaki Region. The Eol is the first stage of a two-stage engagement process.

The objective of the process is to identify and pre-register individuals and firms which have the capacity, capability and experience to undertake the project(s) identified, and which are interested in joining with MPSL to improve the lived experiences of the Aboriginal communities of the Murdi Paaki Region.

A minimum requirement would be the ability to demonstrate prior experience of working within the Murdi Paaki Region. Eols will be assessed in accordance with designated criteria.
