Tender Description
Whitsunday Regional Council (Council) is undertaking preliminary clay capping of its legacy cells at its Kelsey Creek landfill site located at 145 Kelsey Creek Road, Proserpine.
This project involves the supply, lay, and compact an 150mm thick clay layer over an approximate 40,000m2 area comprising of legacy cells 1-4. Figure 1 below shows the locality.
These works are preliminary in nature to provide a semi-impervious layer over the exposed legacy cells.
