Solar Panels for Cessnock & Branxton Pools - Supply, Installation and Connection

⁠⁠⁠Council wishes to procure solar PV systems for two sites.

The sites in scope are:

1. 29.7kW for Cessnock Pool – Allandale Rd, Cessnock.
2. 14.7kW forBranxton Pool – 4 Maitland St, Branxton.

Council’s objective for this project is to reduce grid energy consumption and lower the cost of energy at each site.

The preferred procurement model is for the Contractor to provide two complete systems including the design, supply and installation of the solar PV system and supporting electrical infrastructure. The Contractor shall prepare all documentation and submit applications to Ausgrid for connection approval.

The Contractor, in demonstrating a clear understanding of the task and their capability to deliver the desired functionality may be invited to work with Council to define final project specifications.

Contractors are requested to provide relevant case studies or example solutions that have been delivered that demonstrate their capability to meet these objectives and functional requirements.
