This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority is the independent statutory authority responsible for regulation of agricultural and veterinary (agvet) chemicals proposed for supply in Australia. The agency performs its role in accordance with the responsibilities outlined in the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994 and the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Administration) Act 1992.

The APVMA is seeking to replace the platform currently providing external portal and internal workflow services for industry to interact electronically with the APVMA for lodgement and assessment of permits, licences, product registrations, variations etc.

This role will be responsible for undertaking the following activities on behalf of the APVMA:

1. Manage the delivery of the myAPVMA project through development and delivery of a plan, schedule and activity management.
2. Engage with the relevant project team members to ensure that critical path activities are delivered by the internal APVMA delivery team, the third party delivery vendor and any external stakeholders
3. Engage closely with business subject matter experts to ensure that business input and user acceptance testing resources are available to support the project.
4. Manage data cleansing to support the establishment of reference data sources and data migration for the new system
5. Manage and coordinate the execution of systems integration and user acceptance testing to confirm that the delivered product is fit for purpose.
6. Manage the release and deployment schedule to ensure that the product is delivered successfully to production
7. Manage and coordinate the delivery to training to support transition to BAU and effective user and industry uptake for the new system.
8. Support business case development and procurement processes.
