Tamworth Regional Council is seeking quotes from suitably qualified consultants for Q101/2022, Detailed Design for Tamworth Global Gateway Park Stage 5.
This will be a quality assurance contract with method of prices being lump sum.
Tamworth Regional Council is developing approximately 250 hectares of land in Westdale, Tamworth, into an industrial business park named the Tamworth Global Gateway Park (TGGP). The TGGP comprises of land zoned as General Industrial, Heavy Industrial and Business Park.
The scope of works for this quote is the detailed design for Stage 5, including road, cycleway, roundabout, stormwater, water main and sewer main infrastructure.
TRC will require the successful consultant to have detailed design drawings at Issued For Construction (IFC) stage at the earliest opportunity but not later than Friday 26 August 2022.
Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any submission and anyone who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
