The City is seeking submissions from suitable tenants to occupy 13.5m2 at the Karratha Leisureplex Tenancy Office 1 situated at 2 Broadhurst Rd, Stove Hill (Lot 556). The market rental value was assessed at $550 ex GST per m2 on 23 November 2021. The City is seeking a rate of $300 ex GST per m2 (plus outgoings) to attract a suitable tenant that aligns with the intent of ‘community purpose’ relevant to recreation pursuits. Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the tender.
