Works comprise a 2xGPLA with linked Multipurpose Teaching space (175sqm) with adjacent veranda'd Wet Area (20sqm) together with soft landscaping and pavements.

Construction steelframe, infill timber frame, lightweight clad, glazed aluminium with metal deck roof to achieve Practical Completion within 120 working days.
