Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced engineering service provider who is an Authorised Engineering Organisation (“AEO”) to support the Central Precinct Renewal Program to deliver a next stage concept design for the Precinct Renewal.
Central Precinct Renewal Program is a unique opportunity to grow the core of Sydney’s CBD south, by investing in the existing heritage buildings and creating new destinations across up to 24 hectares of Government-owned land. The renewal of Central will drive the success of Tech Central, a NSW Government commitment to create the biggest technology hub of its kind in Australia, and support the vision for a 24-hour economy.
This expansion will transform this underutilised part of Sydney from a place that people simply move through to one where they want to visit, work, relax, connect, and socialise – all while maintaining the station’s primary role as Australia’s busiest interchange.
