The City of Karratha propose to lease The Dampier Community Hub – Office Suite 3 situated at Dampier Community Hub, 3 High Street, Dampier 6713 (Lot 373).

The market rental value was assessed at $600 ex. GST per square metre on 6th December 2021. The City is seeking a rate of $330 ex. GST (plus outgoings) to attract a suitable tenant that aligns with the intent of ‘community purpose’.
