Icon Water are calling for tenders from suitably qualified construction contractors to complete civil, electrical and mechanical works as part of the CX11015 project at the Lower Molonglo Water Quality Control Centre (LMWQCC), Canberra's main sewage treatment plant
The purpose of the project is the rectification of access and other issues with the LMWQCC's bypass dam gallery. The main issues are uneven surfaces with multiples trip hazards, no safe access to measuring leakage flows and absence of ventilation and lighting.
The final outcome of the project is to provide safe access for personnel accessing and working in the bypass dam gallery.
