Tender Description
Location of works is Pine Gully, Seacliff. It is located adjacent to Pine Avenue, and follows the gully adjacent to Kingston Crescent and through to Esplanade Seacliff. Scope of works includes all the civil and landscaping works associated with the Pine Gully remediation works as per the attached drawings. Works include construction of a rock lined channel, earthworks, retaining, stormwater drop pit and pipe installation, walking path, fence installation and removal, vegetation, etc.Pine Gully is located between Kingston Crescent, Myrtle Road and Pine Avenue in Kingston Park, and is one of four designated natural areas in our city. Pine Gully is a significant natural space that follows an ancient seasonal watercourse through a residential area.
