Tender Description
RGCRLM are looking for a specialist hospitality operator with a track record for excellence and exemplary customer service who shares our vision for the space: providing a distinctive, affordable, and respectful experience that is in keeping with the rich culture and heritage of the site. It is important that Applicants understand Rookwood General Cemeteries Reserve Land Manager's strong desire to develop a cohesive and mutually beneficial working relationship with the Caterer and as such intend to operate this contract under a Licence Agreement.
This Expression of Interest "EOI" opportunity relates to the exclusive delivery of Retail Cafe and Function food and beverage services and the exclusive operation of the Florist outlets at the following fixed facilities known as The Village within the Rookwood Cemetery precinct:
- Cafe outlet located at the Community Hub facility near the Weeroona Road entrance.
- Florist outlet located next to the Cafe also within the Community Hub facility.
- Florist outlet located on the corner of Necropolis Drive and Hawthorne Avenue.
- Dedicated Function Rooms to be developed within the existing "Reflections" building near the Weeroona Road entrance.
