Tender Description
A supplier is required to develop a business case that forms the foundation for a multi-year whole of government customer experience and digital transformation program and the investment needed to successfully deliver and manage the program.
It will require the direct engagement with circa 25 government agencies.
The opportunity is to re-imagine services, processes and interactions through the eyes of the customer with a vision of making the South Australian government the easiest government to deal with.
