Tender Description
Energy Policy WA requires a high-performance simulation platform to model the Western Australian Wholesale Electricity Market. The ideal solution is an off the shelf configurable and scalable Software as a Solution that will use robust, mathematical principles such as optimisation and stochastic techniques, and will be able to model the short, medium and long-term with the ability to integrate other tools.
The software should be able to model other regulated markets, for example Western Australia’s gas market.
