Isaac Regional Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for an incorporated association to lease and manage Middlemount Polocrosse Grounds, 6293 Dysart Middlemount Road, for community purposes.

ABOUT THE LOCATION
- The grounds consist of approximately 19.59 hectares of land and has a shed, some fencing and two unserviceable amenities blocks.
- The land is legally described as Lot 54, Registered Plan 616541 with a street address of 6293 Dysart Middlemount Road, Middlemount.
- The land is owned Isaac Regional Council.
- The land is available for an incorporated association to use for their own purposes.
The successful respondent will be responsible for the day-to-day running, operation, management and promotion of the facility and associated costs.
