Tender Description
The scope of works proposed at Reserve 885 comprise the construction of an amenities building, play and leisure recreation areas and associated landscaping works.
A detailed scope of works is as follows:
•Demolition and site preparation
•Construction of structural foundations
•Construction of an amenities building consisting of a kiosk, storeroom, restrooms, changerooms, equipment storage, bleachers and BBQ area
•Installation of stormwater pits and pipes
•Electrical and drainage works
•Construction of a raingarden
•Landscaping
•Installation of park furniture & play elements
•Construction of concrete pavements and fencing
•Installation of top soil for planting/turf areas
•Planting of ground cover and trees
•Restoration of disturbed areas including ground cover vegetation to pre-construction condition or better
•Removal of all waste and tidying of construction site
•Connection to all service utility mains incl water, sewer, electricity and telecommunications
