Construction of Building and Hardscapes at Billabong Parklands

Campbelltown City is a designated strategic centre and is just 53kms from the Sydney CBD, covering an area of 312 km2.
The City is home to more than 160,000 people with the population expected to reach 270,000 by 2031, and is a significant centre for the Macarthur region, providing a broad range of services and facilities including a major hospital, university, two TAFE colleges, arts centre, public transport, large shopping centres and a growing commercial and industrial sector.
Our location on the F5 provides residents and visitors with easy access to the wider Sydney metropolitan area. Residents enjoy this proximity while valuing the natural environment surrounding the city, including the Georges River, Scenic Hills, extensive bushland and rural lands.
Council's principal service centre is located at the Civic Centre in Queen Street, Campbelltown.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
Council is inviting Expressions of Interest from competent organisations who have experience in the construction of buildings and hard landscapes in open space areas.
Through the EOI process, Council is seeking early engagement to identify competent organisations, and ensure appropriate consideration is made of issues including, but not limited to: market availability, well considered program and procurement of resources and materials.
It is anticipated that from the EOI process, Council will determine a Select Tender for the project.
Currently, the project is in detailed design stage (draft drawings attached), with the final drawings to be complete prior to the issue of the Select Tender.

Issue of Select Tender: February 2022
Contract Award: March 2022
Practical Completion: November 2022
