The Service Delivery Office (SDO) is a leader in providing services under the Whole-of-Government Shared Services Program. The SDO presents a unique opportunity to be involved in developing innovative service delivery arrangements, with an approach to collaboration and sharing of resources that has the potential to add value not only for existing clients but to set the scene for new ways of working across the APS. SDO is committed to consistently improving service standards through innovation, systems and process enhancements.

SDO uses lot of services on SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) for integration and development based on SAP’s best practice. With the current projects in pipeline, we have lot of integration projects related Edge products. SAP’s BTP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and API gateway would be consumed and would be preferred integration products. The Department requires a SAP CPI Developer to provide ongoing Business as Usual, project support as well as maintenance and enhancements to the SAP HEC Platform.
