The Joint Organisation invites suitably qualified and experienced persons to submit a Tender for the supply of garden and timber waste processing (mulching) services upon the conditions set out in this RFT. The RAMJO Riverina Waste Group in its capacity as coordinator of this Request for Tender invites submissions from suitably qualified organisations or individuals to provide options to manage the volume of garden waste and timber waste as generated from the participating councils.

Historically, participating councils have contracted mulching providers to process their garden and timber waste material into marketable products.

The potential Participating Councils are: Griffith City Council, Hay Shire Counci, Leeton Shire Council, Murrumbidgee Council, Narrandera Shire Council

The Joint Organisation has issued this RFT on behalf of the potential Participating Councils, however the Successful Tenderer/s will be required to enter in a Contract with each individual Participating Council.
The scope of the quotation is for the provision of garden waste and timber waste mulching services over a two-year period for Participating Councils of the RAMJO Riverina Waste Group as listed above. A more detailed brief and the nature and type of the Services is set out in Volume 3.
