⁠⁠⁠Rural Licence Agreement - GRAZING ONLY

Bathurst Regional Council has available for a rural licence a 4ha (approx.) block located at 519 Mitchell Highway, Robin Hill. The licence term available will be 12 months with a 12 month option for renewal, at Council’s discretion. A map outlining the area can be downloaded below or collected from Council’s Property Section located on the ground floor of the Civic Centre.

Town water is available, and the successful applicant will be responsible for the payment of water usage.

A bond deposit of $1,000 will be payable and held in Council’s trust during the term of the licence. A Public Liability Insurance policy of $20 million over the licenced area will also be required.

Approved maximum stocking rates of either two (2) horses, one (1) cow or eight (8) sheep.

Please submit your Expression of Interest quoting No. 22.05345 in a sealed envelope marked “Expression of Interest – 519 Mitchell Highway” by 4.00 pm on Tuesday 18 January 2022 in the Quotation Box located on the ground floor at Council’s Civic Centre. Please include any previous leasing history and proposed licence payment, GST inclusive.

The lobbying or liaison with Councillors prior to the consideration of expressions of interest by Council will lead to the rejection of the offending expression.
