This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The C4ISR (Command, Control, Computers and Communication, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) Design Directorate supports the C4ISR Design Authority (VCDF) in providing C4ISR guidance and direction to achieve a Joint Force by Design. C4ISR Design develops foundational Joint Force documents including a Joint Force View (architecture) to guide the current Joint Force C4ISR ‘As Is’ network and the future Joint Force C4ISR ‘To Be’ network. This activity is done in concert with Force Design, Capability Managers, Delivery and Sustainment Partners.
The C4ISR Design Directorate requires support with implementation of the C4ISR Design Framework that underpins the digital integration of Defence platforms and capabilities enabling the ADF to achieve mission objectives.
C4ISR Design Directorate is seeking nine (9) full time contractors, for nine work packages, for the provision of:
• C4ISR Design Support in Co-Design and Foundational Design (7 Work Packages)
• C4ISR Standards Support (1 Work Package)
• C4ISR Data Modelling (1 Work Package).
This work supports Force Integration priorities:
• Implement C4ISR Design (areas of Integrated Air and Missile Defence, Undersea Warfare, Multi-Domain Strike and Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations).
• Develop the C4ISR Standards Library
• Build relationships across Defence, coalition and AUS WoG to progress architecture designs and standards.
