The Shire of Mount Magnet is calling for written Expression of Interest (EOI) quotes from suitably qualified person(s) or organisations for the demolition of the dwellings, all associated buildings and the removal of the septic tanks and leach drains, with the complete clean-up of the allotments following the demolition on the following listed
properties.

• Lot 222 (#106) Hepburn St – Mount Magnet
• Lot 223 (#104) Hepburn St – Mount Magnet

The successful EOI quote will be required to hold or be under a current WorkSafe Restricted Asbestos Licence and be required to submit and obtain a Demolition Permit issued by the Shire of Mount Magnet.

The successful EOI quote will be required to demolish the whole of the dwelling and any associated buildings located over the allotment/s stated above, remove all septic tanks and leach drains from the properties, leaving the allotments free of any rubbish or surplus material. All demolition material taken to Mount Magnet landfill site will not have any fees and charges applied. The Shire of Mount Magnet Works Manager, Mr Russell Dyer will be available for a site inspection between 10 and 11am on Tuesday 11th of January 2022.
