Tender Description
Regional Procurement is calling Panel tender # T042223QPRC Periodic Dewatering of Sludge on behalf of Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council.
1. PURPOSE: Provision of a dewatering service to Council on an 'as required' basis as outlined in the Tender Specification.
The contract term shall be 36 months to commence from 1 July 2022 subject to the execution of an Agreement. There is also provision for 1 x 12 month extension based on satisfactory performance. This is a Panel Source Tender. Tenderers must comply with all the requirements of the specification and must satisfy Council's requested time frames.
2. INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement by the deadline, 10.00 am Tuesday 1 February 2022. (Submissions shall be via the Electronic tender Box via TenderLink - See electronic tender box option below). Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tender lodgement information is provided in the tender documents.
