ABOUT THE PROPOSED CONTRACT: Council invites tender submissions from suitably qualified and experienced individuals or organisations for a licence agreement to operate a cafe in the Lurnea Community Hub, Phillips Park, Lurnea.

ON SITE INSPECTION: A mandatory site inspection/briefing will be held on Tuesday, 21 December 2021 at 10am.
